Kazimierz Szewczyk:
Clearing-up the Fuchs tunnel und plans for its use as a tourist attraction

The article first describes the reasons behind the closing-down of mining operations and various initiatives for setting up a mining museum. Work already began in August 1995 on clearing up the Fuchs tunnel to make it permanently secure and accessible to the general public for visits. The report then goes on to explain the clearing-up work performed so far and describe some of the mining artefacts discovered during this work. Finally, the author outlines the current plans for using the Fuchs tunnel for tourist purposes.
